Pardon me while I burst into flames. Iconic alternative rock band Incubus is coming back to Malaysia next February, for what will be its first show here in seven years!
Comprising vocalist Brandon Boyd, lead guitarist Mike Einziger, drummer Jose Pasillas, bassist Ben Kenney and DJ Chris Kilmore, Incubus last performed here in 2011.
This time, the band will be rocking KL Live on Feb 13, 8pm.
Formed in 1991, the multi-platinum selling band gained international recognition following the release of third album Make Yourself in 1999, which included the band’s biggest hits such as Drive and Pardon Me. The band has produced eight studio albums in total, with hits such as Wish You Were Here, Megalomaniac, Anna Molly, and Nice To Know You cementing it as one of the most popular bands of the decade.
Incubus’ eighth album, 8, was released in April, and debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. It was the band’s first album since 2011’s If Not Now, When?.
