dimsum, now just RM5 a month, unveils new shows for November

Set in the Tang Dyansty, The Empress Of China begins with 14-year-old Wu Ru Yi who catches the emperor’s eye and earns a place in the palace. Here, she soon becomes Emperor Taizong’s favourite, to the envy of those around her.

As a result, many set out to destroy her reputation, falsely accusing her of theft, treachery and even murder.

The Chinese series stars Aarif Rahman, Zhang Fengyi, Janine Chang and one of the highest paid actresses in the world Fan Bing Bing in the lead role.
