You don’t want to miss Jagat, last year’s Best Malaysian Film winner at the Malaysia Film Festival. Directed by Shanjhey Kumar Perumal (who won Best New Director), the film opens with young boy Appoy (main pic) who isn’t doing well in school, excelling in the arts instead. Bit by bit, Appoy finds himself pulled into a life of crime. Starring Jibrail Rajhula, Harvind Raj, Kuben Mahadevan, Tinesh Sarathi Krishnan and Senthil Kumaran.
