Progressive metal rock band Dream Theater will be performing at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on Oct 2, 8.30pm, as part of its Images, Words & Beyond 25th Anniversary Tour.
The concert features an unparalleled live set of their breakthrough album, Images And Words in its entirety, including classic songs like Pull Me Under, Another Day, Metropolis Part 1 and Under A Glass.
Released in 1992, Images And Words was the band’s second and most commercially successful album. Its first single Pull Me Under is the band’s most successful and most recognisable track, peaking at No. 10 on the US Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock chart in 1992.
Images And Words was recently ranked #95 on Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time.
Dream Theater comprises John Petrucci (guitar), John Myung (bass), Mike Mangini (drums), James La Brie (vocals) and Jordan Rudess (keyboards and continuum).
