South Korean beauty brand Mamonde has launched its second counter in Kuala Lumpur. Mamonde, a new brand under Amorepacific Malaysia that advocates the therapeutic properties of flowers, is now available at Aeon Mid Valley Megamall.
To celebrate, Mamonde ambassador actress Park Shin Hye, will be at 1Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya (where the brand’s first counter is located) on Oct 14. For details on this, head over to the Mamonde Malaysia Facebook page.
Meanwhile, the new counter at Mid Valley Megamall features the brand’s complimentary Flower Touch hand massage with seven different types of hand creams and complimentary skin consultation. There is also a Flower Experience Corner that doubles up as a floral aromatherapy area where customers get to literally “stop and smell the flowers” to relax with its calming and soothing scents.
“We hope for an upward trend in our sales with more awareness about Mamonde, the innovative products it offers as well as its products’ efficacies,” says Celine Diong, brand general manager of Mamonde Malaysia.
Similar to its counter at Aeon 1Utama, this new counter also carries 143 products from 32 product categories which ranges from skincare, makeup, hand care to makeup for hair!
Mamonde is the first skincare brand of its kind that uses only flowers as its key ingredient along with other natural ingredients in its formulation. The brand has its own Mamonde Garden and R&D facility to ensure the efficacy of its products and that these products are gentle on the skin just like the characteristics of a flower.
Mamonde Malaysia is eyeing a bigger customer database in the premium cosmetics market, and are gearing up to open its third counter at Aeon Bukit Indah in Johor Baru in November.
