Ahead of the Preacher premiere later this year, AMC has released first-look character photos for the upcoming comic book adaptation, starring Dominic Cooper.
Based on the popular Vertigo cult comic-book series created by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon, Preacher follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Cooper), who is inhabited by a mysterious entity. He is thrust into a world filled with characters from Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between with his ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vagabond, Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun).
