Over 100 people took part in 988’s recent MoveLa Fitness Challenge at Celebrity Fitness Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur.
The radio station, which commemorates its 20th anniversary this year, is looking to give back to its loyal listeners by planning a year-long celebration beginning with the fitness event.
Contestants, divided into eight teams, each led by two 988 deejays, got fit and healthy by competing in 20 obstacle courses.
Deejays Cheryl and Piao Ming’s team, which clocked in the fastest time, emerged winner, winning RM3,000 in cash plus six months of Celebrity Fitness membership.
Deejays Mike and Leaf’s team came in second and took home RM2,000 in cash and three months of Celebrity Fitness membership while KK Wong and Jiun’s team won third place and received RM1,000 in cash and one month of Celebrity Fitness membership.
